Community Room Rental Rates (based on 6 hour rental)

  • Pike Township Resident: (1 – 50 guests) - $200.00  
  • Nonresident: (1 – 50 guests) - $300.00
  • Pike Township Residents: (51+ guests) - $300.00
  • Nonresident: (51+ guests) - $400.00
  • Resident Security Deposit - $150.00
  • Nonresident Security Deposit - $250.00


Personal checks used to pay rent and/or cover security deposit will be accepted up to 14 days prior to event.  Payments made less than 14 days prior to event must be cash, money order, or cashier’s check.  Return of security deposit may take up to 30 days. Kitchen, including double oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, and coffee pot are available for use when renting the community room, and must be left as clean as they were found.  In the event of excessive mess, damage, or greater than the stated number of guests, all or a portion of the security deposit may be withheld, at the Trustees’ discretion.  In the event the security deposit is insufficient to cover damages, renter assumes all financial liability. Renter must present certificate of insurance prior to event.

Cancellation Policy

  • 30 days prior to event – Full Refund less $25 service fee. 
  • No refunds less than 30 days prior to event.

Hall Rules

  • No smoking inside Hall. 
  • Use cigarette receptacles outside exterior doors. 
  • No tape, nails, or staples in walls. 
  • No deep frying inside Hall. 
  • No alcohol sales.
  • Pike Township No Weapons policy strictly enforced.
